Manufactured from A-36 low carbon steel in a 3 axis VMC using .012 step overs.
Serrated Gripper
Made from 4140 PH material in a 3 axis VMC using custom grooving tools.
Side Plate
Made from 6061-T651 aluminum this sophisticated machined part has at least 10 different angled surfaces which made it easy to machine on our multi-axis horizontal CNC.
Clamp Ring
Made from aerospace aluminum in our precision 5 axis CNC multiple contouring cycles generate the precision radii. We finish with Nadcap black anodizing and chemical conversion coating.
Gear Plate Cover
Made from 7075 aluminum a high tensile strength material. It was machined on our HMC.
Guard
Made from 6061 aluminum plate and machined in our precision Mazak 3 axis VMC. We finished by adding a Teflon-impregnated hard coat anodize to make it wear resistant.
Stationary Jaw
This legacy part starts with a high-carbon steel machined on our 4 axis CNC machine with custom grooving tools for the gripping surface. We finish by flame hardening the wear surface to 55 R"c".
Tool Changer
This part is made from 7075-T7351 an aerospace grade material. We start with a 10" square blank 5" thick and rip off about 80% of the material to be used in robotic technology.
Shell
As you can see this part covers and protects internal parts and has very close-tolerance center distances. Made from a rare 7050 aluminum in our precision 3 axis Mazak CNCs.
Bed Sled
Sub assemble from a radiation therapy treatment table.
Trolley
Created custom fixtures to hold piece part and machined precision inline bores, then press fit in Oilite bushings.
Fixture Block
Complex machining and tolerancing for recreational sporting equipment
Cover Plate
Highly sophisticated contour machining with radial grooves, angular flats, and tapped holes.
Petroleum Manifold
Close tolerance manifold with single pointed threads and inline boring.
Conveyor Guide
Reverse engineered, multi-sided machining with commercial ball plunger installed.

3/4”-8 Acme thread, single pointed through circular interpolation thread mill. Flame hardened slots to 55Rc
Barracuda Assembly
Multipiece assembly with a variety of different material. Used for testing in underwater Acoustic Microscopy Imaging (AMI)
Insert Pin Cylinder
Foundry- poured casting with convex radius and precision bore inline.
Thrust Flange
Precision bores and singe pointed threads.
Sealing Roller
Reverse engineered to manufacturer specifications.
Aluminum Cover Plate
Multi Operation, complex contour milling utilizing CAM technology. High speed coolant through drilling for weight reduction

Sub component to petroleum assembly cross holes to precision bores.

Made out of 4140PH with a precision, over-size 1/4" hole over 8" long, laying parallel within .001"

Drum Rotor
Multi-axis machining with specialty 400 series stainless steel spray coating and internal machining with inline boring
Rotary Assembly
Reverse engineered all components, machined new, and assembled all in house.
Base Plate
Large contour milling and precision centerline bores with clear anodize finish coat.
Plate Cover
Legacy replacement part originally manufactured from foundry-poured casting. Now machined from solid steel eliminating inefficiencies. Process refined to 2 setups.
Cylinder Cover

Roller Assembly
Reverse engineered all components, machined new, and assembled in house with commercial hardware.
Orifice Plate Cap
